RETURN POLICY

 

First time shoppers receive one courtesy return to their original payment method if an item/items don’t work out. Please email shopstylesnob@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your items to have your return authorized. 

There is a 15% restocking fee, we do not issue refunds but issue a store credit and a 15% restock fee will be applied if the items meet the requirements listed below.

 

You MUST email shopstylesnob@gmail.com FIRST to have the store credit authorized. Do not message us or ask about returns during live presentations. Send the item and the order # and Roxy will okay it. Please note, Roxy doesn’t work Saturday and Sunday so if you email us on the week end, she will get back to you on Monday!

All packages need to be postmarked and mailed within 3 days of delivery in original condition (with tags attached). If you send the tracking to shopstylesnob@gmail.com, we will issue the credit once the item shows its shipped back to us.  Please allow 7 days before emailing us about the status. There is a limit of 3 returns per customer per year.

- Shipping is not refunded.The customer is responsible for the return shipping

-No Returns/Exchanges allowed on the following:

• Jewelry of any kind

• Discounted items/sale items 

• Items purchased with a promotional code (any kind of promo code)

• Items with tags removed

• Items that appear worn
